Shopping with Sotley

These terms apply to purchases and use of sotley.com. Sotley sells cosmetics and beauty products through a store hosted by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Orders and availability

Please review the product, shade, quantity, delivery address and total before ordering. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Availability and payment or delivery details may need verification before dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a product or shade without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. The order total and delivery fee are displayed at checkout. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to agree how to proceed or cancel and refund it. Changes to prices do not retrospectively alter a confirmed purchase.

Product information and use

Screen settings and lighting can affect shade appearance. Read the product description, ingredients, warnings and manufacturer directions before use. Website beauty information is general guidance, not personalised medical advice. Do not use a product contrary to its directions. This does not limit remedies for inaccurate descriptions, defective or unsafe products.

Responsible use

Provide accurate order information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent use while respecting legitimate customer claims.

Content and third-party services

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of a brand name to identify a product does not by itself imply sponsorship or an official partnership. Third-party payment and messaging services have their own terms.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first with a complaint so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent access to a competent authority or court. Updated terms apply prospectively and will carry a revised date.
