Store Policy

We deliver across Pakistan where courier service is available. Delivery costs Rs. 300 and is free on product subtotals of Rs. 15,000 or more after discounts. Contact us for delivery timing to your location.

Choose from the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available when offered at checkout. Card payments are available only when an active card-payment option is displayed.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require unused, unopened and unswatched products with original seals and packaging. This restriction does not prevent valid claims for defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied items. See our Return and Refund Policy for full conditions.

Contact support@sotley.com or +92 301 9134652 promptly with your order number to request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the return process applies.

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and photos of the item, packaging and courier label. An unboxing video is helpful but is not required for a valid claim. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Review the shade name, swatch and photographs before ordering. Colours can vary with lighting, screen settings and skin tone. Contact us with the product and shade name if you need help.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the return is received and checked. Payment providers may take additional time. Prepaid refunds use the original payment method where supported; COD refunds use an agreed bank account or mobile wallet.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected, how it is used and shared, retention, and your choices. For privacy questions, email support@sotley.com.
